We believe in our product and value the happiness of our fans and customers.

Please email us if you are not happy with any of our products and we will be glad to exceed your expectations. We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new ordered product from our online store, please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No Refunds

You will not receive refunds if; You did not receive your orders due to factors caused by you or factors beyond Best-Hair-Deals.com control, like:

  1. Wrong shipping address
  2. Not cleared by your local custom
  3. Natural disaster which led to the delay

Shipping & Refund

We ship globally and all our shipping and refunds are taken care of by Amazon.com. We are participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.

Amazon.com and most sellers on Amazon.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Amazon.com Return Policy

Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Amazon Global Store Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amazon will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Amazon Alexa Voice Shopping

Non-digital products purchased using Alexa are eligible for free returns. To return a product purchased using Alexa, process your return as normal in the Returns Center. We’ll automatically refund you any shipping charges applied to the return. You should see the shipping refund within 7 days of receiving your product refund.

In addition, if you accidentally purchase a song or album from our Digital Music Store using Alexa, that purchase is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 7 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact customer service.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Amazon.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Amazon.com’s, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. To view the seller’s return policy, once you’ve ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.

Note: If the seller’s listing is eligible for Amazon Prime, it will be subject to the same return policies as items fulfilled by Amazon.com that are outlined on this page.

Delivery with Services
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the seller.

During the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and pick up the item.

All sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to support scheduled return pickups or exchanges.

If a seller does not offer these methods, or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your items, you may contact the Amazon Home Services team, or file an A-to-z Guarantee claim.

If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Amazon Devices
Amazon-branded devices such as Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Amazon Fire TV devices, and Echo devices and their accompanying Amazon-branded accessories purchased from Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new condition.

All Amazon-branded and accessories that are returned and for which a refund or replacement is given will become the property of Amazon upon rec

AmazonFresh and Grocery Items
Grocery items (including AmazonFresh and Prime Pantry items) and wine are not returnable to Amazon but may be refunded or replaced.

Automotive Items
If you’ve purchased a defective automotive item, shipped from and sold by Amazon.com, that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, Amazon honors the warranty. Amazon will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Amazon Renewed
All products on Amazon Renewed are backed by a separate limited 90-day warranty provided by the product seller, vendor, or by Amazon.

Amazon Renewed products that are sold by Amazon, can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment, and qualify for free return shipping. If your return is not the result of an Amazon error, or defective, Amazon will not refund the original shipping fees.

Amazon Renewed products sold by third-party sellers, follow the standard 30-day Amazon return policy. A warranty card is supplied with your product, which contains all the third-party seller’s contact information. If your Amazon Renewed item is defective, and falls outside the return window, please reach out to the third-party seller to file a warranty claim.

Amazon Warehouse
In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Amazon Warehouse and shipped from Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Certified Refurbished items sold by Amazon Warehouse can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Baby Items
Baby items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Baby products Fulfilled by Amazon qualify for free return shipping. If the item detail page includes “Free Returns” messaging, the product is eligible for free return shipping.

If your return is not a result of an Amazon error, we won’t refund the original shipping fees.

Clothing and Accessories
You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Free Returns are available for select clothing. You’ll see “Free Returns” messaging on the detail page for items that qualify.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)
You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins
To request return information, contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.

Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.

Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers and Electronics
New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Amazon.com that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Amazon.com may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Digital Products
Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the Amazon Appstore for Android, the Amazon Digital Music store or the Amazon Video store are not returnable after purchase.

Books purchased from the Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you can’t have access to the book. To request a refund and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices, select the Actions button next to the title you’d like to return, and select Return for Refund.

Kindle books you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for an Amazon.com Gift Card before acceptance.

Subscriptions to titles in the Newsstand section of the Kindle Store (magazines, newspapers, and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting Manage Your Content and Devices. For more information, see Kindle Magazines and Newspapers

Fine Art
Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.

Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Handmade at Amazon and Customizable Products
Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

Notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.

Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee.

All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Amazon.

Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry and Watches
Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.

Free Returns are available for many Jewelry & Watch items. You will see “Free Returns” messaging on the detail page for items that qualify.

Live Plants or Insects
Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to Amazon, but may be refundable.

Pet Food
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Amazon, but may be refundable.

Grocery
Grocery items (including AmazonFresh and Prime Pantry items) are not returnable to Amazon but may be refunded.

Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards
Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) are not returnable to Amazon.

Software and Video Games
Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.

Televisions
Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.

To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they bring their own packaging materials. Instant Refunds & Refund Without Return
In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as an Amazon.com Gift Card balance. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
